Intruder Alarm Systems

Intruder Alarms

We can install a wide range of Intruder Alarms in Commercial and Domestic premises. There are four grades of Intruder Alarm, outlined in European and British Standards; these are:

  • Grade 1 — Protects you against intruders who are most likely to break in through a front or back door. Used when intruders are unlikely to target the premises; suitable for most homes.
  • Grade 2 — Protects you against more experienced intruders who might break in using windows as well as doors. Used when there’s a higher risk of theft, such as a home with valuable items inside or a low-risk commercial premises.
  • Grade 3 — Protects buildings with high-value contents. Used by most commercial properties, including retail stores.
  • Grade 4 — Protects you from intruders who might be breaking in through unusual entry points, such as ceilings or floors. Used by properties at very high risk of being targeted by organised criminals, such as banks, jewellers and art galleries.

We can also fit intruder alarms that:

  • Allow you to trigger a police response (called ‘hold-up alarms’ or ‘panic alarms’)
  • Offer remote monitoring via a smartphone app & 24/7 monitoring station
